Gregorian Chant

I was just curious when I saw this. So I started listening. I found out that I like it. This is nice and calming. The amalgam of sounds is a positive one. This is a very nice way to start to explore some choir work. Gregorian chant in this way enables you to get acquainted with the vocal style. You will also recognise  some melodies. Some of the song choices surprised me but are at the same time interesting enough to listen to. This version of Stairway to heaven for example (No, it is not improving it.) would be great to hear in a church. Brothers in arms is also a very creative rendition of the original.  The guitar sound (if it is a guitar at all???) is sometimes a bit too plastic but the overall ambiance is nice and pleasant. Great, calming background music. Enjoy...
