Dusty Springfield

Dusty Springfield was a woman who just sang her heart out. She is named the White Queen of Soul and that certainly is a name that is justified and she can be proud of. It's a sheer pleasure, to hear this woman sing, the way she does. I know that nowadays there are more talented women who sing better, louder and can hold a note longer but all these girls wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for Dusty Springfield who paved the way as one of the first officially accepted rock-chicks in the history of music.
