Tesla... What a band... I like their stuff. I like their fast songs, I like most of their ballads and there are some songs that I don't care about that much.
Jeff Keith, vocals. I love that little bit of grain in his voice that makes that the songs have more personality, almost as if the songs are performed just for you.
The two guitars, Frank Hannon and Tommy Skeoch sound at times like they have become one big guitar creating two melodies at the same time. I have not had this sensation with any other group and that makes this band for me so special. The rhythm section contains bass player Brian Wheat and drummer Troy Luccketta and these two are able as well to become like one giant rhythm machine but they also, and I greatly appreciate this because not all combinations of bass and drums are capable of this, are able to leave space for each other in order to place their music or even use the silences as an extra force.
