Elvis Presley

The stories about this man are countless... Some may be right, some may be wrong but one story is still true today: Elvis Presley changed the musical world. Without Elvis, the word: Rebel, would not have the same meaning. Thanks to Elvis rock 'n roll became a right to rebel for everybody. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying " Elvis invented rock 'n roll". But he made rock 'n roll well known all over the world and by doing so influenced thousands of artists to come. Besides of the rock side of Elvis, his crooning and more, in the later years, his melodic work, show what a great voice this man had. Personally, after having read a lot of stories and "biographies" I think this great, great artist has just been worked to death. Elvis may have left the building but that building is filled with movies, recorded music, concerts and stories. Let us treasure these so that for the next generations to come, they too, can appreciate this phenomenal artist who once walked the earth and shook it up...
